Business Case Development - Assignment

Identify a real business problem or opportunity from a workplace, business, industry, community, or hypothetical organization and develop a business case for addressing it.

Your business case should briefly cover:

• The problem and its business impact
• Current state and root cause
• At least 3 possible viable options
• Your recommended solution and why
• Expected benefits and estimated costs
• Key risks and assumptions
• A high-level implementation approach
• Your final recommendation/decision required

The goal is to think beyond the solution and build a compelling case for why the organization should invest in addressing the problem.

Deliverable: 5-8 pages
Format: PowerPoint or Word/PDF
